Our refund policy

We, Orbexia Ltd is a Company registered under the number 15933792 in accordance with the legislation of England and Wales, with the Legal address: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX (herein after referred as “ORBEXIA”)

  1. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our fonts.
  2. It is impossible to return the product (the font) after it’s been downloaded without us being able to know that it hasn’t been installed or used elsewhere.
  3. If you seem to have a technical problem with a font that you have purchased which you can’t fix from the advice in our support, then please contact our customer services team on info@orbexia.com within 30 days of purchasing the font.
  4. If the font is not performing as it should be then we can look in to this and fix it for you.
  5. In the very unlikely situation that it can’t be fixed, then we would arrange a refund for that font.
